I'm Katha — a Latina mom, Florida realtor, Tom Ferry certified coach, and the full-time teacher of three incredible girls. When I decided to homeschool, a lot of people thought I was choosing between my career and my kids. They were wrong.
I built a real estate business. I became a certified coach. I run an active practice in two markets. And every morning my daughters wake up and learn at home, with me. Not in spite of each other — because of each other.
